Developed in joint venture with Kames Capital, a former warehouse extending to approximately 18,000 sqft fronting Winchester Road opposite B&Q and fronting one of the towns’ main industrial estates.

The warehouse was refurbished and sub-divided into 4 units let to Formula One Autocentres, GSF Car Parts, Toolstation and YESSS Electrical.
