A former Focus DIY store extending to 25,600 sqft which had been vacant for three years was refurbished and sub-divided to create three modern retail and trade units.

The scheme was developed on behalf of Aviva Investors with all units pre let to Magnet, Screwfix and Tile Depot. The scheme is prominently situated on the junction of Jubilee Way and Morden Road (A24), close to Wickes, Homebase and Sainsbury.
